How to write a good essay is a good assignment! Even after your graduation with a degree in English and have a great experience in writing numerous papers, I still keep several A-plus writing secrets that assist me to compose the best probable essay I can . . . Among the main and the most helpful A-plus writing secrets is making the outline.
You should understand that the problem with many essays is that the content is scattershot. You can have great facts and ideas, which you wish to create about, but somewhere while writing, you begin mixing them up. Abruptly your ideal paper looks all wrong and you wish to cry! I have found the excellent papers I have ever made (meaning my A works) have all begun with a good and solid outline.
Below you will find the format for the essay outline as one of A-plus writing secrets:
I. Topic.
II. The introduction.
A. Write several sentences leading into the key point of the essay.
B. Finish the paragraph with the thesis statement (3 major points that you plan to maintain).
III. The main body.
A. First point - maintain your point with solid evidence or quotations; have about five sentences.
B. Second point - support your second point with quotations or firm evidence; use at least five sentences.
C. Third point - hold your point up with either solid evidence or quotations; take roughly five sentences.
IV. The conclusion
A. Write several sentences summing up your essay.
B. Restate your thesis and show how you justified your point.
